Accessing Community Support Services

We are pleased to offer you seamless client services -- instead of having to make multiple phone calls to access the services you need, a single call to 613-591-3686 and asking to speak to one of our Community Support Program & Service Coordinators makes it quicker and easier to register for our services.

Please note that eligibility criteria will apply to receive Community Support Services (CSS), which the Coordinator can review with you when you call.
Our services are provided by volunteers who are trained by WOCRC staff, as well as paid skilled workers who have been professionally screened, including a police records check.

The WOCRC makes every effort to accommodate all requests for CSS, which depends on the availability of volunteers and workers.  We look forward to serving you or a loved one soon!
