School's Cool
School’s Cool is a 6 week school readiness program for children 3 ½ -5yrs registered to attend school for the first time this September 2013. The program is designed to help develop and further along skills such as self-help, socializing with peers, classroom routines and separating from their parent.
The Ontario Early Years Centre – Carleton will be running a program in Kanata this summer thanks to funding received from the United Way. Program will run Monday to Thursday, July 8th to August 16th, 9am-12pm. Applications for the program will be accepted from May 6th - 17th and can be found online at www.wocrc.ca or can be picked up at the Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre located at 2 MacNeil Court in Kanata.
