Capacity Development strengthens communities by addressing social, economic, and health challenges through collaboration among residents, businesses, organizations, and governments. Our efforts focus on improving health and well-being across Kanata, West Carleton, and Goulbourn, guided by the Social Determinants of Health and local priorities.
