West Carleton Community Support Services (CSS), a program of the Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre (WOCRC), offers practical help and social opportunities for older adults (55+) and adults with disabilities living in West Carleton.
If you live in a K0A, K7S, or K2K postal code, we’re here for you!
Our services include:

- 🍽️ Frozen Meals on Wheels – Nutritious, ready-to-heat meals delivered to your door
- 🛒 Grocery Delivery – Fresh essentials without the hassle

Community Café Calendars
Stay connected and engaged with our Community Cafés! Our Team hosts these events at the Constance and Buckham’s Bay Community Centre (Woodlawn) and Bethel St. Andrews Church (Fitzroy Harbour).
